The MA02 wall lamp is a luminaire designed by Studio Ammó and Malàkio, two committed companies created by designers and artisans, united by the wild and unique atmosphere of the Breton coast, as well as by common values such as respect for the environment and the desire to promote local craftsmanship. Convinced of the future of human-scale French craftsmanship, and valuing local know-how and raw materials, we design and manufacture all the pieces in the Les Pierres Noires collection together.

After the MA01 lamp, it's the MA02 wall lamp's turn to join the Les Pierres Noires collection. The solid French oak structure is manufactured by Studio Ammo in its workshop in Baden (56). This version of the MA02 wall lamp features a new Malàkio disc, which is made in our Nantes workshop from scraps of our material. Thanks to this, we are taking our upcycling approach even further, as we are creating a new object from waste generated by the manufacture of our own objects. The low-tech process used for its creation is particularly energy-efficient and requires no chemical additives.

Each object thus generates a very low carbon footprint. This artisanal process makes each piece unique; the possible presence of very slight irregularities is normal and is not a defect, as it is due to manual manufacturing. This is also what makes this creation so charming!
